Tata Motors, a leading name in the Indian automobile industry, released the Tiago and TigoriCNG AMT models 08.02.2024, marking India’s first venture into AMT CNG cars. These models stand out for their remarkable fuel efficiency, boasting an impressive mileage of 28.06 Km/kg. The TiagoiCNG is set to hit the market at an introductory price of ₹7.89 lakhs, while the Tigor iCNG will be available from ₹8.84 lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi), making them some of the best automatic cars with CNG options available.

Tata Motors’ vehicles incorporate dual-cylinder technology to maximize trunk capacity, along with a highly advanced ECU and the ability to start directly on CNG. These cars come loaded with features such as 14-inch rims, projector headlamps enhanced by LED DRLs, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an eight-speaker Harman audio setup, a digital instrument panel, automated climate control, and mirrors that are both electrically adjustable and foldable. The Tigor CNG model further boasts rain-sensing wipers and auto-activating headlights.
To increase their attractiveness, Tata Motors has updated the color palette for these models. The Tiago now dazzles in Tornado Blue, the Tiago NRG in Grassland Beige, and the Tigor shines in Meteor Bronze, enriching the aesthetic appeal of these CNG vehicles.
